Frittata Delicata

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- 1 glass of milk
- 6 eggs
- salt
- pepper
- a pinch of paprika
-a pinch of nutmeg
-a pinch of cinnamon

Put bread crumbs and grated cheese in a bowl. Pour the milk over and mix well with a wooden spoon.
In another bowl beat eggs with salt, paprika, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add  the parmigiano, milk and breadcrumbs to eggs.
Put a few drops of olive in a pan, pour the batter in and cook! Serve HOT.
